Our Story
Going Fractional was founded by Simon Wakeman, a seasoned COO who spent years leading high-growth businesses before making the leap himself.
Simon did not leave corporate life because he burned out. He left because he saw a better way. By going fractional, he built a portfolio of meaningful work across multiple companies globally, gaining the flexibility and variety that a single role could never offer, while doing some of the best work of his career.
Along the way, he developed the frameworks, systems, and strategies that actually make fractional work, well, work. Not theory. Real, tested playbooks built from lived experience.
